Shipping & Handling

Dispatch: Orders placed before noon are sent the same day. Orders after the cut-off ship the next working day.

UK delivery: Royal Mail 2nd Class. Typical delivery time is 2 to 5 working days from ordering. Some deliveries may require a signature.

International delivery: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

E-invoice: To reduce waste, we do not include a paper invoice. You will receive an e-invoice by email after placing your order. If you need a printed copy, email sales@flon.co.uk.

Packaging: 100% recyclable and plastic-free. We use kraft paper, recycled cardboard, compostable fillers and paper tape.
