Ours is made from Ahimsa silk, coated with candelilla wax and peppermint oil, and it is fully biodegradable. It comes in a glass jar you refill, so there is no plastic tub to throw away.
About every three months, or sooner after an illness or if the bristles splay. Ours are made to keep their shape for the full three months.
The handle is bamboo, which grows fast and can be composted. We chose bristles that stay smooth and keep their shape, so you get a good clean right to the end.
Yes. The Single 2.0 is longer and easier to handle than our first razor. Let the weight do the work, keep a shallow angle and use short strokes.
Around five to seven shaves, depending on your hair. Fresh blades cost far less than cartridges.
Absolutely. Lots of our customers use them on legs and underarms and find them gentler than multi-blade cartridges.
Keep them in a blade bank or sealed metal tin. When it is full, take it to metal recycling. Never put loose blades in the bin.
Yes. Ours is raw and unrefined with nothing added, and it is made by women-run co-operatives in Nigeria.
In their mesh bag at 30 to 40°C, then air dry or tumble dry on low. They last for hundreds of washes.
Yes. The bottle is food-grade steel with vacuum insulation and a sealed lid. It keeps drinks cold for 24 hours or hot for 12, and holds 500ml.
The cup set comes with a steriliser. Put the cup inside, cover with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes, before first use and between cycles.
Up to 12 hours at a time. With good care a cup lasts several years; replace it if you notice tears, odour or discolouration. Each set has a small and a large cup.
Shea butter and black soap come from women-run co-operatives in Nigeria. Our bamboo toothbrushes are designed in the UK and made in China. Our floss is Ahimsa silk.
Yes. Kraft paper, recycled cardboard, compostable fillers and paper tape. No plastic bags or bubble wrap.
